All papers submitted to CICSE 2026 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-0477-7) and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex,Scopus for indexing.
(1) Paper Submission Deadline: April 10, 2026
(2) Original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered;
(3) Submitted papers should be written in the English Only, with a minimum length limit of 4 printed pages, including all the figures, references, and appendices;
(4) Full text prohibit sensitive, vulgar words;
(5) CrossCheck/Turnitin repetition rate should be less than 18%, otherwise it will be rejected directly;
(6) Submitted papers should be clear and legible, including all the figures, tables, equations in a standard way.
